Global membership dues
The published global membership condition is that dues are nonrefundable upon acceptance into YPO. Confirm your acceptance status, the amount due and the terms for your individual payment before paying. This website does not promise an exception to the global membership rule.
Essential and Professional learning options
These options are handled through enquiries. Request the scope and applicable refund terms in writing before payment. No general 7-, 14- or 30-day refund window is represented for these options on this website.
Events and partnerships
No event price or sponsorship package is sold by the enquiry forms. Any later commitment must identify its own cancellation and refund treatment before payment. Do not assume that a membership rule applies to an event.
Duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charges
Contact contact@ypopalm.com with your name, payment date, amount, reference and a brief explanation. Do not send a full card number or security code. Request review of a duplicate or error promptly. The handling of a verified issue depends on the recipient, provider, applicable terms and any legal rights; no fixed processing period is promised.
How to request review
Email contact@ypopalm.com with the subject “Refund enquiry”. Explain which membership or event arrangement the payment concerns. Provide the relevant confirmation or receipt with sensitive information removed. A request does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved. Mandatory consumer or other legal rights remain unaffected.
